Today we wrapped up the 2014, CYBBC Training Calendar. 39 Weeks, 117 Workouts per Time Slot, 11 Empowerment Weeks with 2 to go, 8 Family Boot Camp / Charity Workouts, 5 Fun Run Workouts including Thanksgiving, numerous programming additions, the disappearance of the Grocery Shopping Tour and the addition of Custom Meal Plans based around foods you like. Lots of personal records both in boot camp and out. A new coach. A new baby. Change Makers who medaled, got married, moved, got promoted, changed jobs and got better. Year 6 is coming to a close. Tomorrow is Year End Private Measurements and then we get ready for year #7. Wow! How very cool.
I'll be sending you a survey after Christmas and your feedback will help guide my coaching of you and the programming we do. I already know I'll be progressing some things b/c you've become a better athlete, so I'll continue to train athletic qualities, while I'll continue to work on posture and fundamental strength with basic movements. But for now, we'll leave that for another day.

CW#3 Results are live. No team beat the team challenge, but the 6:30pm, led by Melissa M & Christine M and their 2+8 rounds per person, were closest falling short by just 0+2 (needed 15rds, actual 14+8rds) or roughly 3 reps per person.
