What's this phase like so far for you? (feel free to answer all of the questions below, some of them or none of them, and simply use them as a reference to answer the above question.)
Are your DB's in the 35-55% body weight range? What do you think of the weekly rep increases (8 to 10 to 12...) How about the 6, 6+ and 6 reps on the DB Bench Press and DB Split Squat / Reverse Lunges? How's your Naked Curl Up to Half Knee and Body Saw? Do you love the med ball drills, hops and skaters? What about the power and shoulders (DB Squat Jumps / Hang Power Cleans and FFE Scapular Plane External Rotation / Seated Against Wall Shoulder Flexion / 1-Arm Push Press)? Are you BFF's with the Alt. Knee Flexion from the bottom of the push up? Those are tough. Did you get 4 sets and a PR for push ups and neutral grip pull ups? Are you progressing on push ups and pull ups? How's the Facing Wall Slide with Lift Off Working for you? Tell me about the band sprint, followed by the time sprint. What's that like for you? And how about the conditioning (hockey grip band relays, sideline shuttle runs and full court shuttle runs)? Do you have any feedback on the pacing of the class? Any suggestions on what I don't need to do? What I need to do?
