This is the last week of Phase 2. Next week is our 1st Empowerment Week of 2025. Then we come back for 8 weeks straight (P3 & P4), leading up to a no workout Good Friday and Empowerment Week #2.




You're building momentum. Hopefully your body is feeling good / beginning to feel good. Let's keep going and just think if you're doing 15 reps / leg on Slide Board Reverse Lunges, how awesome and strong your legs and body is going to become this year. That's a significant exercise and with a DB on 1-side only, it's even more significant. #KeepGoing!
