Subject: What'd you get for cardio minutes last week?

Happy week 2 to you! We had a great morning for sprinting yesterday, which made for a great start to our days. Now we're back and looking to add a little more progressive resistance overload this week by either increasing the resistance, reps, sets and/or rounds.




Monday is a light and fast day on paper (B#2 in the morning and A#2 tonight). Tuesday through Friday will be strong days (a.m. A#3, B#3; p.m. B#3, A#3). If you don't increase the weights, level and/or resistance you'll do 6 reps / side on a left/right exercise and 7 reps for a 2-arm, 2-leg exercise. If you do increase the weights, level and/or resistance then you'll stay with the 5 by 5.




What'd you get for cardio minutes?

We did 22/workout last week and 36 at the stretch & sprint.
