Gorgeous Tuesday and AMAZING Week for Change to you!
I've already gotten 1 walk outside and I'm heading out for a 2nd before the bus comes. The Vitamin D feels so good. :-) I hope you get a chance to go outside for at least 5 minutes so you too can get the Vitamin D and check the 4 for 4 box for exercise (wink).

Record Week #2 Also. Whether you want to build muscle, enhance performance and/or get leaner it's a great week to do it. Your metabolism like mine will be racing. Prioritize consuming protein so you can preserve and promote muscle building. You're going to be hungrier at weird times so you can choose to eat more to support keeping your weight on and/or adding more weight or you can focus on prioritizing your protein consumption and deal with being a little hungry and see the scale go down a little quicker. You choose.
Either way, enjoy the fun that comes from becoming more athletic, more muscular, more energetic and simply more! When you want more, you have to become more. This week you continue becoming more!

p.s. next week is empowerment week (8/13 to 8/21). no live workouts. we come back for 10 weeks straight of training leading up to the 4th of July! How do you want to look & feel? What cool stuff do you want to be able to do? 10 weeks is a tremendous amount of time to transform aesthetically and athletically (hello endurance and field & court sports athletes).
