Let you're inner athlete come out to play. The more rested you are the harder you can train and the more you can ring out the change of your efforts. Go for it. Have fun peaking for the holidays and winter sports. Piggyback and stack complimentary efforts (double sessions, cardio workouts, stretching, supplementary workouts, nutrition, sleep, hydration, sports & fun). You'll be glad you did.
