Wasn't it nice to have a full weekend without rain for a change. That felt good. We had a neighborhood Diwali party on Saturday and a Baptism for my niece on Sunday. Lots of good relationship connecting.
Cardio Minutes - Week 2
We did 24min/workout last week. The movement is picking up as the demos decrease in length. Win - Win!
P12, Week 3 Goals:
This week our workout schedule will be:
a.m., M / W: AB
p.m., M / T: AB
The morning will be A#4 (light & fast), B#4 (light & fast)
The evening will be A#4 (light & fast), B#4 (light & fast).
Reminder about Diane G & Other's Suggestions:
We'll be doing the 2nd exercise first in each circuit (except the DB Complex b/c you want to do the highest skill / risk exercise first when you're fresher), so if you get a +1, you're not always doing extra sets of the 1st exercise in a circuit and neglecting the 2nd exercise. So thank Diane and everyone else who's pointed it out and suggested it to me. I do need you're help remembering in case I forget, so please remind me if I do.
Suggestion:
A1/B1, A3/B3, A5/B5: we'll do the 1st exercise in a circuit first. Same as always.
A2/B2, A4/B4, A6/B6: we'll do the 2nd exercise in a circuit first.
Week 3, Rounds Goals:
2 rounds on A, B, C, D & E circuits; 4 rounds on Conditioning Circuit F.

Short week this week as we'll be training only M, T & W and taking Th / F off for Veteran's Day. Also, we're M / T in person for the 6:30pm workouts for the next 3 weeks, which includes Thanksgiving Week. In person trainees, please update your personal calendars.
