Hi Friend,
Happy Halloween eve to you!
I hope you had a great weekend and you enjoyed the warm weather on Friday & Saturday. Fingers crossed tomorrow is non-rainy and comfortable for the kids.
Cardio Minutes - Week 1
We did 22min/workout last week. Please reply with your total.
P12, Week 2 Goals:
This week our workout schedule will be:
a.m. BAB
p.m. AB
The morning will be B#2 (light & fast), A#3 (strong), B#3 (strong)
The evening will be A#2 (light & fast), B#3 (strong).
Diane G & Other's Suggestions:
Diane noted when I solicit feedback, that whenever a person gets a +1 in a circuit, the first exercise is always getting that extra set and wondered if there was a way we could start workouts with the 2nd exercise in each circuit, so they could sometimes get the +1's and balance it out better.
Here's my suggestion that I'll need your help implementing until I've mastered it:
A1/B1, A3/B3, A5/B5: we'll do the 1st exercise in a circuit first. Same as always.
A2/B2, A4/B4, A6/B6: we'll do the 2nd exercise in a circuit first.
This way if you get a +1 it'll have a better chance to balance out the # of sets completed by each exercise pair in a circuit over the course of a phase.
Week 2, Rounds Goals:
1+1 round

Exercise Change
We changing side to side Squat Jacks to Hop Scotch!
This is on the virtual workout A card.
It seemed not as fun to me, so if it felt not as fun to me, then maybe it was not as fun for you. The hop scotch still compliments are quarterly themes, serves as a squat jack progression and is fun. :-)
Happy week and Happy Halloween to you!
See you soon.
Burn & Earn!

p.s. what'd you get for cardio minutes last week?
p.p.s. also. Not only is it guest week, this week and next, but it seems to be fundraiser season too. If your school PTO and/or favorite non-profit is asking you for help in fundraising and you think CYBBC is a good fit for them, I'd be happy to support your school/charity with a 1-Month Full Access Pass to A Phase of Boot Camp for Two. A fresh round of gift certificates has been created so if you get asked and you think I can help, please email introduce me and/or let me know.
p.p.p.s. Last. Q3 had a peak for holiday photos theme. If you want to get new head shots for work, branding photos for your business and/or or new family photos for your wall and holiday cards, 'tis the season. If you want them to be extra awesome, consider your CYBBC peer, Jim Flynn. If you've seen his Italy photos or Rusinga documentary you've seen the high quality of pictures he takes.
