Subject: What'd you get for Cardio Minutes Last Week?

Happy Monday to you and welcome to the last week of Q1! The last week of a quarter is most everyones favorite. You know what you're doing. You've seen the movements before. You can just train and chase personal records.



Whatever goal you're working towards, whether it be health, body composition, performance, quality of life, they all get enhanced this week. I hope you have fun training like an athlete and being reminded of how far you've come. Do your best to show up rested and ready so you can squeeze as much fun out each movement and each rep. Of course if life happens, go slow and thoughtful and do what you can with the resources you have.




Next week begins Q2's, Phase 4. It's a 4 week phase, preparing you for summer sports.

p.p.s. My dad's Pancreatic Cancer has Metastisized grown and spread to adjacent organs and bones. The initial progress he made, sadly reversed when he took a chemo cycle off to travel and then had to reduce his chemo drugs due to neuropathy. His current focus is pain management and trying to get through each day. I'm aiming to go home, 1 day a week, every week to be with him, my mom and my family. He's got a new treatment plan they'll be starting and testing for 4 cycles. Please keep him in your thoughts.
