Subject: What'd you do for minutes last week?

Hi Friend!



Great day to you!  I hope you're excited for the 2pm Portugal game today.  Fingers crossed they win and move on to the knockout round.  If you watch today, look for Ronaldo and watch how he walks a lot and then runs.  He's fast.  He doesn't waste his energy in the land of mediocre and neither should you.  When we do base running in class, you want to have a clear difference between your sprints and your recovery, so you can focus on getting faster.  No one ever says, "if only I could get slower" or "if only I wasn't such a fast runner, I wouldn't finish so early".  You get the point.  Go Portugal.  Go Ronaldo.  



Cardio Minutes - Week 2
We earned 22 minutes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and 25 minutes on Thursday and Friday.
