Hi Friend!
You know that storm this weekend? Our good friends had to be evacuated by the National Guard because of flooding and power outages in the Houghs Neck neighborhood of Quincy, so we hosted them and had a family sleepover weekend. Tough situation for many, but we sure had a great time. :-)
Now it's time to jump start your week and keep moving forward. The pace will pick up a little bit this week, so work your daily habits to present your best self to each workout.
