Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes last week?

Hi Friend!

Gorgeous winter weather day to you!

Gosh, can you believe 4 years ago, we were in the middle of a 3 or 4 blizzard February, with 2 or 3 blizzards in 1 week?  The 2nd day of that grueling blizzard week, is forever branded in my mind, because I spent 8 hours clearing snow and still didn't finish (remember the height of those snow banks) and went inside exhausted and then my neighbor came home the next day from Jamaica (lucky him) and cleared the rest of the snow I didn't get to and wondered why I didn't finish.  Oh boy.  I'm glad I was too tired to have a verbal reaction.

Well, I'm wearing sun screen 2 days in a row, so that's kind of fun.  :-)

8 hours of Snow Shoveling
If there was ever a day to count snow shoveling as cardio minutes, that'd have been the day, but I still didn't, because it was a chore.  I did however enjoy multiple hot chocolates and a lot of good and bad calories after to help me recover from that muscularly fatiguing workout and I'm sure many other people did as well.

Cardio Minutes - Week 3
We earned 29 minutes per workout.  87 for 3 days.  Pete, Michaela and Karna have already responded early.  How about you?
What'd you do for you cardio minutes last week?

Empowerment Week Plan
Workouts are live on youtube.  If you're a subscriber to our CYBBC YouTube page, you'll get access to them immediately when they go live.

Otherwise, I'll always post them 2nd to our empowerment week page and then last I'll send them to your inbox.

I've almost finished my workout card.  It'll be 2 phases in a row (12 for 12).  You already have a training schedule.  Keep it.  Decide where you'll get it done and then do it!  You CAN do it!  You know it.  This is the week, where your transform your identity by doing it on your own.  Transform your identity to the fit, strong, lean, athletic person everyone else looks up to and you admire most and the results will follow and LAST!

If you need a pep talk.  Text me, "I need a pep talk".  I'll call you asap if I'm free or reply and ask you when's a good time to chat.  You can do this.  It's easy.  You know enough.

Grateful to have my laptop back and wondering what I do with an iPad now,

Mike
