Great Monday to you! I hope you're ready for a fresh start and a new day. You have a clean slate and another one tomorrow if you need it. Time to take a step towards being your best self so you can present your best self. If you trained this morning, high five. You've already jump started your day and week. If you haven't, can you train tonight and if not, what can you do to help yourself feel good and move forward to your best self? An easy thing you could do is go for a walk. Around the block, around the building, to this thing or that thing, something. 5minutes, 10minutes or more. Get some fresh air is a double bonus.
