Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes last week?

Good morning Friend!

I hope you had a nice Memorial Day Weekend.  Yesterday the V's and I went to JFK Library for the first time to see it and celebrate JFK's 100th birthday.  We love that part of the Harbor Walk for many reasons (3rd date, married there, its a beautiful view of the Harbor and a really nice walk), but we'd never been to the Library before.

It was super interesting, really neat how they made parts like the White House and Oval Office.  His interviews about the Middle East, his stories on his travels to Europe and his speeches are still relevant today.  We definitely want to go back again, but not with a toddler.

So those were my cardio minutes for yesterday and yesterday kicked off a new week, so now it's time to report your week 2 cardio minutes.
