Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes last week?

Hi Friend,

Happy Monday to you! I hope you're managing the transition to Daylight Savings Time o.k. In theory it seems like a great idea, though the initial sleep cost often feels dis-regulating on a personal level and the acute adjustment noticeable not only with yourself, but especially with children and pets. Are you for keeping daylight savings, against it or possibly interested in Atlantic Standard Time vs. Eastern Standard Time? ...

Cardio Minutes - Week 2

We did 24min last week. What'd you get for minutes last week?

Last Week, Best Week!

Q1, P3, W3, means this is the last week of the phase and quarter. These are the gold weeks of the quarters, where you know the most and can just train. We do the full workouts, running time and the possibility for the great change can happen because your training environment and in workout efforts support it. Next week is week 1 of a new phase and more importantly a new quarter, so the pace will feel different compared to this week in which you are familiar with everything. Next week, we'll all be learning the new routines for the quarter.

Snow

Devens could get anywhere from 7 to 22" starting tomorrow at 8am until Wednesday at 8am. Newton and Boston sound like they may be getting rain only. To be continued on what happens. Please prepare for both options (in person and virtual). You are resilient, you have the equipment, you are flexible, we teach do anywhere workouts using minimal equipment that you have.

Make it count,

Mike
