Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes last week?

Happy Tuesday to you! Today I visited a cute coffee shop and a new to me library while Vivi was in camp. I gotta tell you it is refreshing to have some personal time. I highly recommend it. :-) And go figure. At drop off, Vivi didn't want me to go and at pick up Vivi did want to leave. Isn't that something. :-)

Cardio Minutes - Week 1

We did 20min / workout virtually and 24min / workout in the gym.

Muscle Building

This is a great phase to really work on your athleticism and your muscle building and muscle definition. If you want to build strength to be even greater in your days and life and you want to build up your muscles to feel more body confident it's a great phase to do it. Work those Holds, +'s (aka "plus" as many reps as possible), progressions and consider increasing the weight each set if possible.
