Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes? Reply now!

Hi Friend!

Happy opening day to you!  There's certainly something special about opening day.  I remember way back when I worked for the Sarasota Red Sox, hearing all the baseball songs that I never new of (I thought there was only take me out to the ball game) and the nervous excitement of it all.  Somewhere around that time I got my picture taken in both the team photo and my "Assistant Athletic Trainer" baseball card.  It was so fun.  Everyone wanted to trade their cards afterwards so they could send them home and I did too, but I had to get another pack so I could have a keepsake and get each players autograph because I was still a fan.  I also remember they did a ton of promotions in the minor leagues to get fans into the seats and the marketing department found huge cases of Sarasota Red Sox Coffee Mugs, from prior years they gave to all the players and staff and I packed those up like 30 something of them and brought them home and drove around giving all my people a mug.  I remember bringing my dentist a mug and his wife and he who already loved my family, melted at the gesture and I was just being me, sharing some excitement.

Anyways, I didn't like the lifestyle (I'm a family guy and like my balance), so here I am, getting to help you to present your best self to your days and the people in your world so you can win better and more consistently at life.  And I love it and I hope you do too.
