Let's get this out of the way, seeing that there is some confusion.  Boot Camp is on this week.  It's a special 4 week phase and next week, school vacation week, is empowerment week.  Check out the schedule, sync it with your calendar, do whatever you gotta do, but don't miss workouts (AND be early!).  Your workouts are your fountain of youth and help you to be your best self!
