Bonus Workout & Make Up
Last year, I offered bonuses for renewing early.  One of the bonuses for Fast Action Bonus #2 was an empowerment week workout.  Since I need to also do a 6:30pm make up class, I'm going to add (1) more bonus class, let's call it a thank you class, so you can have a regular Monday schedule to choose from.  To keep it simple all members are welcome at any time that day and to make it extra special, the morning classes will be Workout B and the 6:30pm class will be workout A, if you want to double dip.



6:00am, M @ BG, Workout B
9:00am, M @ MC, Workout B
6:30pm, M @ MC, Workout A



Year End Private Measurements
RSVP email goes out at 1pm, Th, Dec 14.



Year End Break
We'll be closed for 2+ weeks for recharging, with P1 M&O on Sat, Jan 6 and 1st day of training, Mon, Jan 8.  We'll be training 6 weeks straight to start the new year.
