Subject: What'd you do for cardio minutes?

Tonight's the last workout of 2017.  It's a 6:30p make up, from I think when Vivi was sick, and we'll be doing workout A, which is the opposite of what we did this morning.



If you're local, available and up to it, come get a jump start to your week and our holiday season break.  Challenge workouts and membership renewals (if you didn't already get them in class) will follow this week.
