Subject: What'd you do for CM & CW's last week?

Good afternoon to you!



Portugal got crushed today 4-0 by Germany!  Those Germans were awesome.  I'm guessing it's because the Germans have one of the best strength & conditioning coaches in the world, Mark Verstegen of EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance Institute and the Core Performance series) and Portugal doesn't (wink). 



In any event, today is testing day.  We've had great & unsolicited feedback so far, lots of PR's and 1 record has fallen.  I hope you can join us for a great & fun plateau busting workout.  I love the testing days b/c their 1 and done.  You do 1 set as best as you can and then you're done.  Move on to the next thing.
