I hope you're having an awesome 2 weeks of empowerment and starting to miss (at least a little) the routine of regular coaching, programming and training with your team.  We'll be ramping up shortly, so don't be surprised if you see another email soon, as we've got sign ups for P1, ND and 2016 Memberships in addition to Q1/P1 programming updatesUntil then.  Help me, help you by replying with your cardio minutes for W3 & EW1 and total # of CW's for EW1.
