Subject: What to drink to gain weight or lose weight!

Hi Friend!

The end is finally here.  This is the 7th of 7 newsletters discussing what I learned from the above conference.  This is a fun example for the 30-60 crowd to look at, laugh and say no way, but a useful one for the hard weight gainers in their teens and early 20's to practice.

What weight gain looks like shakes look like?
If you want to lose weight, drink mostly calorie free beverages like water and its derivatives at most every opportunity.

If you want to gain weight, drink beverages with calories at most every opportunity.

If you have a lot of weight to gain, give the shake below a try.  It sure looks tasty, but that'll be half or more of what many people will eat for the whole day.

High Calorie Shake Options (@ 1,000 calories):

4 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
2 Tbsp wheat germ (975 calories)

Option 2:
12 oz whole milk
1.5 cup ice cream
2 Tbsp any Hershey's syrup

Summary
Most everyone knows how to put on weight except skinny people.  Thick shakes with milk, ice-cream and peanut butter are great ways to help the super high metabolism people in your life are able to put on weight to help gain strength, muscle and performance.

Considering a milkshake or root bear float for my next splurge,
