This is a big week for you. Remember how you felt at the end of the year, how you were ready to get started and get back to exercising, feeling good and working on yourself. You've got real good momentum right now. Keep going. Schedule your CW's. Do them. Record your results on your workout card. Post your results to our FB page try to go 8 for 8 or 12 for 12 on your workout cards. 1st person to finish all 12 workouts, we'll do something special.
