Subject: What did you do for Cardio Minutes last week (2015, P13, W1)?

Hi Friend,

I hope you had a great weekend and a great start to you December.  The Alves Family laid low this weekend with grocery shopping and hanging at the park.  Vivi gets kid struck when she sees the older kids running around, and daddy is memorizing names in between being the human, choo, choo train. 

Week 2 of boot camp begins tomorrow and we're getting you ready to peak for Y/E measurements on Sat, Dec 19, while helping you fill your workout cards with workouts.  I think you should celebrate every month you get a 12 for 12 or an 8 for 8.  And frame the baby's on the front of the fridge with a capital A for Awesome.  Every workout you get over your goal (13 instead of 12 or 9 instead of 8) you should record a "+" sign, as in "A+" !
