Happy Friday and happy wrap up to Phase 6 and Q2! We did it! Another quarter and program in the books. Monday brings Q3, our summer quarter and some of the most creative programming of the year. But before that we have a weekend workout this Sunday.




Weekend Workout - Stretch & Sprint or Stretch Only!

7:30-8:30am, Sunday, 6/9/24 @ Newton North Turf & Track

Elm Rd.

Newton, MA 02460


If it's pouring we'll do a virtually stretch only. If it's dry or sprinkling we'll stretch & sprint @ NN. Plan on meeting at the track. If I switch it to virtual, I'll text and email.




Bring:

  • roller

  • mat

  • superband

  • mini band

  • hand towel (for sweat)

  • water

  • heart rate monitor (optional)



Sleep Extension - Stay in Bed for 10 Hours

The big take away is try staying in bed and sleeping for 10 hours and then make notes of your performance in all metrics.




Cardio Minutes - Week 4

We did 23 min / workout. We should get 36min @ the Stretch & Sprint and none if it's a stretch only workout @ virtual.
