Hi Friend,
Happy Friday to you and happy end to our 2nd Quarter of programming.
What did you think of step ups?
How about the increased skill level, loads and resistance?
Did you like doing fewer reps than the 1st quarter, having the exercises paired vs. circuits and doing rounds vs. 20:10 timed sets?
Did you miss 4pt stability?
How'd you like side planks against the wall?
Which was your favorite? Hops & Chops or Skaters & Raises?
Did you already max out the weight you have available?
Was their a new piece of equipment you considered adding to your collection?
What 1 thing in your life did you notice that training had a positive impact on over the last 3 phases?
I hope you got stronger, leaner, more athletic, more energy and are feeling and sleeping better. Feel free to reply with any feedback you'd like to share as I'd love to learn how the programming worked for you.
Next week begins Q3, so we'll go a little slower the 1st two weeks as we're learning the new routine for the next 4 phases.
Cardio Minutes - Week 4
We did 23min/workout this week. Minutes are due Monday as always.
Weekend Workout - Stretch & Sprint!
I really wanted to write, "Stadium Run", but Harvard's hosting the Massachusetts Special Olympics and the Stadium is where there Olympic Village is, so that's out. I looked into Newton North Track & Turf and the track may be available, but they're hosting Newton Girls Lacrosse starting at 8am, so that's out too, so Mackenzie Center it is.

Note: as part of the agreement to get the gym on Sunday morning, I've volunteered us to help David set up the tables for post church coffee hour. Would you please stay and help us set up tables and chairs?
Last, if I don't hear from you first, I'm going to text you to confirm your participation, but you can reply to save us both a step.
Happy Weekend.
Mike
