Man, I'm feeling good after having caught up on sleep, crushing cardio minutes, getting QT with my V's, eating good foods and getting in a great Workout A today. How are you feeling?
Week 3 This week is record week. Full workouts. No formal demos. Lots of PR's. 4sets and a PR for chin ups (chest ups) and push ups. Time to be great.
If you're traveling this week or unable to attend to classes, do your workout card. Do the warm up. Do 1set of everything. Do something. Make yourself feel good.

Measurements, Orientation & Nutrition 7-9a, Saturday, June 29 is the day. 5min appointment. Show up, get measured & get on with your life.
12-4p is Orientation for new people and the Nutrition goes from 1:30-3:45p. If you're struggling with nutrition and/or you need some support come get a refresher.
Empowerment Week Summer has 3 empowerment weeks:
June's Phase 7: Sun, 6/30 to Sun, 7/7 July's Phase 8: Sun, 7/28 to Sun, 8/4 August's Phase 9: Sun, 8/25 to Mon, 9/2
Take your cards home with you and keep training! Training is fun. You know what to do. Review your cards in advance and talk with me about substitutions if needed.
Cardio Minutes - Week 2 We did 26 minutes per workout last week. 52 for 2 days and 78 for 3 days. Minutes are due today!
Functional Strength Coach 7 I had the great fortune to be in attendance at the filming of my mentor, Mike Boyle's 7th Functional Strength Coach Series. You're going to see this stuff hit the main stream in the next 3-5 years. You can see me in the promo video at the 1:28mark. I'm wearing the green Celtics t-shirt and you can see the Blue, Brower Timers I want to get for our 10 Yard Timed Sprints.
