Hi Friend!
Last night and today we did the full strength & conditioning workout. Some people even did both of them (Ricardo, Diane, Emily, Bill, Karna and Sarah), which means we're heading full steam into next weeks record week. Next week is a very important week for you because its going to help set you up for a big push in our ~10 weeks straight of training which will help you peak for a best case summer of high energy, feeling super fit and athletic and having a body you feel proud of to let you participate in all the fun that summer brings.
In them meantime. Keep working your plans (cardio, nutrition & sleep) and see if you can get an extra strength workout this weekend (unless you did 4 this week) while having fun with your people to set you up for a great Monday.
Cardio Minutes - Week 2 We got 22 minutes per workout and 66 for 3 days.
4 for 4 Shout Outs! - Shout out to Peter Kelly (2), Marisa Cimino, Michelle Crowley, Julie Tishler, Amita Vasi, Marc Steinberg, Diane Gomez and Ricardo Abech for going 4 for 4 on their daily habits at least once this week. I hope those were your best days.
