I've got some reminders for this week:

  • week 2 of phase 6
  • 2nd intro week:  do this, don't do this, do this
  • guest week (easiest way is probably to do an email introduction)
  • 5th week of 10 weeks straight
  • Lisa L runs the Burlington, VT marathon this weekend.
  • if you want to run/jog/walk the Ashland 5K with us on Sat, 6/1, let me know.
  • we're moving the Family Pot Luck Picnic off the Harbor Islands.  
  • new location TBD
  • party time 11-4p
  • are you coming?
  • NO CLASSES on Friday, May 24th and Monday, May 27
  • if you want to get 3 workouts this week and next please attend an extra a.m. or p.m.

p.s.  Sarah P, is taking Karate, and they did this drill in which the students had to shuffle step and kick down a door.  Sarah's never taken Karate before and all of the other students in her class have been taken it for years.  Guess who was the only person to knock down the door on her first try?
