Hi Friend,
We're down to hours over here with my dad. His breathing had been labored and he hasn't changed positions for the entire day. It's sad and it's time. Next week is supposed to be phase 6, week 1 and phase 6 is supposed to be a 4 week phase.
Next Week - Undecided I'm undecided about next week and my plan for Friday was to work on the phase 6 overview. Depending on what happens with my dad and how my mom is doing will determine next week for me. If my mom says we can go home, then it'll be a regular schedule for us. If not, then next week, will be phase 5, week 4 and I'll aim to film additional follow along workouts. The week of 5/20, would then be phase 6, and it would be a 3 week phase. I would then make up next week, during summer break #2 (7/27 to 8/4). To be continued.
