There's been good feedback on the A#4, follow along workout and that my mic cut out around the 18min mark, while doing Monster Walks. Thank goodness as I recklessly shared who killed JFK, who the real Satoshi is (Bitcoin Inventer), what the meaning of life is and the winning lottery ticket numbers. Kidding. :-)
Follow Along Workout #2 Here is the B#4, follow along workout. The mic makes it the whole time. I'm rushing to get this out, so my Tuesday night in person people can have it ready for tonight's @ home workout if they want. Wednesday morning people, you'll also be extra ready. Have fun. See if you can outwork me and out-sweat me!
