The big question is should you train or should you not train. Well, we just finished 7 weeks straight. How do you feel?


Do you need to take the week off from training?

Do you need to train, but maybe not as often, as long or as intense?

Or do you need and want to keep going because you're on a roll?



Whichever is best for you is o.k. with me.


Here's a reminder of how to approach this week in case you've forgotten. You're a thoughtful person who does things on purpose. Go ahead and refresh yourself on how to get the most out of this week and set yourself up for our next 10 weeks straight push.




Cardio Minutes - Week 4

Vacation week minute goals:


  • 250/175 for females / males if you do at least 1 strength workout

  • 360/250 for females / males if you do no strength workouts



Phase 5 / Guest Week

Showtime begins Mon, 4/25. Suggested DB Load = 25-45% BW.
