Subject: Time to report: what'd you do for cardio minutes and challenge workouts?

Hi Friend!

I got a cyst removed on my elbow that was bothering me when I planked or rested it on tables and arm rests, so (1) if you're curious about the large band aid that's why and (2), I was told not to excessively use it, so that f'd up my strength training streak @ finishing the workout card, but ...

There's still hope, because this year, the bride and I scheduled a lot of important things and 1 of them was workouts, so every weekend, I've got built in support and blessings to exercise up to 2hrs / day and her too, so I'll bang out a few 4 day strength weeks in a row and I'll be caught up.

Since I couldn't be aggressive with my arm ("Did you know I own a fitness business" is what I told the care person), Vivi and I went out and did some interval training while Vanessa trained at home.  Of course we started with a warm up of dynamic stretching which for the 3 year old, lasted for maybe 2 exercises before the mulch seemed a lot cooler.  3 year olds don't really need to much of a warm up because they have ideal pliability (what's up Brady!), but learning athletic skills is beneficial.

In any event, we'd run to the bench, or mailbox, or light pole or brick building or try to get to Cinderella's Carriage before midnight, etc...  Nice 90 minutes outside on a beautiful Saturday morning and lots of "daddy my legs are sore" that evening and Sunday.  I did not try to make her sore on purpose, we were out playing and it was the by product.  I share it because it's a little bit cute to hear and to share because we know a lot about sore legs.  :-)
