I think I have a quick email for you, so I'll get right into.



Blue Cross Blue Shield - Fitness Reimbursement
I just learned that not only does BCBS give a fitness reimbursement to its members but instead of it being only a $150 reimbursement, it now could be unlimited.  You can submit up to 3-months of membership dues with no $$$ ceiling for your gym, yoga, karate, spin, dance, CrossFit and/or BOOT CAMP membership.  Or you can submit the fees paid for 10 classes at a gym or studio.  :-)  Yay for you if you have BCBS.  I've attached the fitness reimbursement form for your convenience.  



Blue Cross Blue Shield - Weight Loss Reimbursement
They also offer a reimbursement for participation in a weight loss program like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc...  I told them about our program and asked them the requirements and the one I didn't meet, was I'm not a Certified Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian or Exercise Physiologist, so technically CYBBC doesn't qualify, but the lady on the phone said to submit your application anyways and take a shot.  To which I replied, "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take", and she agreed.  So, I've attached that form for your convenience as well if you want to take a shot.




Personalized Treadmill Workouts 
I went and said hi to the guys at gym source and they've been trying to do in house events with trainers since I was there and they haven't had the right turn out, experience or success they're looking for (translation:  they're not me).  They asked me if I'd come back and do my treadmill workouts again for their customers and if I could do other equipment workshops, to which I said of course.  They said late September, early October would be good for them.  The treadmill workout will be roughly the same and the other equipment workout will be an abs workout using a Functional Trainer (I love those things).  If you'd like to be a part of this let me know.  



Custom Corrective Cardio
And if you want to get a new or your first custom corrective cardio plan, Sat, Aug 24 is the next date for private measurements & movement screens.  September is coming.  You're probably thinking about your schedule and scheduling in your self-care so you can be awesome and dominate life, so consider getting yourself a custom plan to do when you're not with me either to recover more easily or become more so you can do more.  You can sign up for your C3 here.



Phase 9 - August 5 - August 24 (3 on, 1 off)
This is the last phase of the summer, the last phase with an empowerment week (8/25 to 9/2) and the most intense phase of the year (DB Load = 30-50%).  It's fun, you'll feel strong, athletic, your muscles will pop (hypertrophy) and you'll feel good if not great.  



Guest Week
The first 2 weeks of every phase are guests weeks in 2019, which means this week and next are guest weeks, but more importantly the 1st 2 weeks of Sept & Oct as well as the last week & first weeks of Nov & Dec are guests weeks.  As you talk about what you do for self-care with your people if someone seems interested invite them to come train with you.  You can do an email introduction and I'll take care of the rest.  Also, if you work for a company / business that has people there who'd love what we do, introduce me to your HR Director and/or the person who does employee benefits and we'll see if we can set up a corporate relationship.



Paddy O's and Fenway Spartan Race
PK has been nudging me to commit to something so we can train for it together, so I thought I'd reach out and see who's interested in either the Paddy O's 5K run (10/20) and/or the Fenway Spartan Race (11/9 & 11/10).  If you're interested in doing 1 or both of these, let me know which one; AND if want to me to organize training, meet ups and a plan, also let me know vs. training on your own and/or following your own program.



Cardio Minutes & Strength Workouts (formerly Challenge Workouts)
Still waiting on week 3 and empowerment week, cardio minutes for some people.  We did 28min / workout in week 3.
