Here's the schedule for the next few days.


6:30pm, Thursday, 6/3: workout A#4 (light & fast)

6:00am, Friday, 6/4: workout B#4 (light & fast)

9:00am, Friday, 6/4: workout B#4 (light & fast)

7:30-8am, Saturday, 6/5: advanced foam rolling

8-9:00am, Saturday, 6/5: static stretch


Q3: 6/7 to 9/25 (4 phases; 13 weeks of training; 3 weeks off)

Phase 7: 6/7 to 6/26 (3 weeks on: 1 week off)

Guest Weeks: 6/7 to 6/18 (2 weeks)

Empowerment Week: 6/27 to 7/4




Keep going. If you got your first workout in of the week, how can you piggy back on all the momentum you've build over this quarter.


If you haven't gotten your 1st workout in this week, come and break the inertia. You'll feel better afterwards and so happy with yourself for showing up. Then get your next workout in while the grooves (aka motor pathways) are greased.
