Hi Friend!



Man, what a monster week of training it's been!  Kudos if you made all your workouts this week.  You're probably feeling great and a little beat up.  


Tomorrow, this weekend and next week can be fresh starts if you didn't make all of your workouts this week or at all.  


Phase 8 Recordings
If you're feeling beat up and you need a recovery workout and/or you missed a workout and you'd love to make it up, try the zoom recordings.  The feedback from those who've done them has been very positive.  Your peers say, that it's like being in the actual workout (minus me directly coaching you), because you hear me coach your peers and that makes you think of your technique.  Plus you can follow along with my prompts and answer your own "how do you feel today", (say hoo-rah if you went 4for4 today", "anybody get 1+1?, say hoo-rah!", etc...

Cardio Minutes - Week 2
We did 18min / workout.  Minutes are due Monday.



Week 3 - Record Week
Next week is record week.  There are no formal demonstrations.  We'll aim to do the full workout AND add the beach finisher with the gained time.  This is a great opportunity to get accelerated results.  Find the time to work on yourself.  You'll be glad you did.
