You know how in class I sometimes tell you, "you might be hungry this week" or "you might be hungry today" or "you might be craving protein today", etc...  Well I'm super hungry right now and I ate my usual breakfast and actually couldn't finish it because I got full, my regular lunch and now I'm HUNGRY.  I feel the metabolism racing, especially in my B-E-L-L-Y-!  Which is perfect because...

*Phase 10 is the start of 16 weeks straight of training with no empowerment weeks and only holidays off (Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving & Black Friday)

Teacher Appreciation
You've heard me mention that I'm super grateful for Vivi's teachers and when teacher appreciation week came around I participated.  

I really am grateful for what her teachers do for her, her classmates and us as parents because I know many days we're dropping off a kid who's not in her best state, so when these teachers love her anyways, I can't help but feel gratitude.


So I wanted to do something special for all teachers even though teachers aren't my target demographic.  Many CYBBC members go away during the summer and the class sizes get smaller from time to time, so I think it could be a win-win for everyone.  



Teachers can train at our times because it better fits there schedule and we get to enjoy the fresh energy that they'll bring.  Kind of like in baseball, how Michael Chavis has brought energy to the Red Sox when they were in their world series hangover period or like when the Bruins brought up Charlie McAvoy a couple years ago or trade for Charlie Coyle this year.  

The promotion is only for teachers, staff & faculty.  


If you want to help, please share the flyers I have in class, the flyer pdf, the teacher appreciation link and/or do an email introduction with teachers, HR staff, principals, superintendents, secretaries, headmasters or anyone else you can think of.  Thank you.
Guest Week
P7, Guest Week:  June 10 to June 21



The 1st two weeks of every phase in 2019 is guest week for locals.  
Out of town guests are welcome ANYTIME.



If you know someone who'd love what we do, the next 2 weeks are guest weeks.  Invite them to come train with you and build up your support circle at the same time.
