Today I ate the finest cuts of chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers I've eaten
in the last 19 years (major exaggeration) and it's all because I got all 18 of
my Cutco knives sharpened and they're AWESOME! They even replaced
1 table knife and my super shears, because they didn't meet their standards
anymore. Boo-Ya!  Vanessa may have owned a restaurant in her past life,
be the RD and family chef, but Mikey's got the dope cutlery, that's "fresh like
lettuce" (Tom Brady quote).

#'s, Stats, Data, Feedback, Interaction, Relationships, High Fives, Testimonials motivate me.  I don't really need to track my composition because I live one life these days, not two and that life is blessed to be active for a living, but I'm also smart enough to know that I'm human and if I don't keep tabs on things the "creep" can sneak up on me.  

Recommendations:
Health (2x/yr):  year end or year beginning and mid year
Body Transformation (13-14x):  every phase + year end
Performance (5x+):  minimum of the start of every quarter and year end, but possibly more frequently depending on specificity of goals.

*It's a 5min appointment 1st thing in the morning.  Make time for this.  It keeps you honest on Thursday & Fridays just like kick ass weigh-ins (could).  You get 1-on-1 time with me.  It tells you data, but not if you made the naughty or nice list.  So your safe, I think (wink).
