Wow. Another phase in the books. 4 phases down, 9 phases to go.
Stretch, Sprint & Happy Hour - Sat, 4/18 If you've been feeling extra tight, stiff and sluggish from being sheltered in place, and you want to be led through some coached stretching, follow a simple sprint plan and get some social connection with your peers, tomorrow is day 1 of 5, Stretch, Sprint & Happy Hours.
Bonus Week - 4/20 to 4/24 Also, if you don't want to take next week off, and have the pre-scheduled empowerment week, then you must sign up for the bonus week. This is urgent (not life or death urgent), so if you drag your feet, I'll interpret it as you're not interested and I'll cancel it and we'll start back up again the week of 4/27. I wish I could have given you more notice and time to think about this, but everybody's busy right now, so it's all coming together in the 11th hour.
