2 weeks down. You're doing it. Keep going. Do you remember how you felt, 2 weeks ago? How you felt physically after the holiday season and after new years? I hope we're on track to feel 180 degrees different than you did prior to the start of 2018 training year.
Have fun this weekend in a restful and rejuvenating way, so you set up your Monday for success. Don't borrow from Monday's energy to pay for any fun, you choose to have over the weekend. Recover this weekend and have fun and wake up prepared and energized on Monday for a great week. You can do it!
Cardio Minutes - Week 2 We earned 24 minutes per workout and 72 for 3 days. Minutes are due Monday. Please do the math in advance and be proactive. Do you want to change or stay the same. This is an opportunity to hold yourself accountable. You can do it!
Family Boot Camp - Last chance! 4-5p, tomorrow, Sat, Jan 20 @ Mackenzie Kids ages 6+ 50min of smiles, cardio & core. You'll be glad you did.
Shout Outs - Week 2 - Emily Pardo for nailing the execution of a tight schedule!
- Amita Vasi for training 3 consecutive days to make up a missed workout AND for doing the most challenging 6:30p, followed by a 6a workout.
- Welcome P1 rookies and new members, Susan McHale, Eric Getkin and Amita Vasi! You had the courage to reach out, you made the decision to sign up and the determination to show up. Keep going!
- Christine Murphy for getting her college freshmen son, to get up and join us at a 9am, while he's on break. Parents, I've softened my stance on this.
- Julie Levin and Diane Gomez for progressing in front of the class on their chin ups. They both completed their first assisted pull ups after completing 4 sets of 20seconds of negatives. High Five! So exciting!
- Madeline McNeely for getting up and training at 6am, after having flown in Thursday night. Well done!
- David Bono for starting the new year off with 4 workouts in his 1st week of Phase 1.
- Ozge and Eric Getkin for becoming the next family in CYBBC to train together!

High Five for showing up! 1 week remaining in the phase. Look at your workouts, not as how many workouts per week, but how many workouts / phase (or month). This way if you have a tough week, you don't feel defeated, but have a more optimistic goal of finishing X workouts in 1 phase (or month).
