Happy self-care Saturday to you!
Today the Alves Family got some family self-care in. Vanessa and I did Workout B together and then I took Vivi to the playground where we mostly pushed ice down the slide over and over and over again, while Vanessa ran sprints. Then we took Vivi to swim class.
Tomorrow I meet my sister and brother-in-law at the gym to go over their current routines, check their form and answer any questions for them.
I hope you've gotten your holiday weekend off to a strong start by sharpening your self-care saw.

Monday: Veteran's Day. no classes Tuesday: 6:30pm, @ MC Wednesday: 6:00am @ BG; 9:00am @ MC Thursday: Holly Harvest Fair @ MC. no classes Friday: 6:00am and 9:00am @ BG
I did try to reserve the Boys & Girls Club for Thursday and Friday night but was unable to. This certainly isn't ideal for our evening training clients. If you have any flexibility to come to a morning class, please take advantage of them and let me know.
