Subject: Schedule Reminder & Re-Inventing Rows

Hi Friend!

Tomorrow's a big birthday for the Queen, so I came home for lunch to continue making the celebration special.  We even did a dress rehearsal with our Melissa & Doug birthday cake and birthday song.  It's ironic, that in Portugal where my dad grew up, birthdays were no big deal and if you were celebrating a birthday you were the initiator, not your family or friends.  My dad always tried to treat on his birthday, when I would invite him out and he'd use that line above, so of course, I'd excuse myself to the bathroom and pay the tab, so I could treat him.  He hated that.  ;-)  Anyways, I hope celebrating your birthday makes you feel special, because it's truly a great day to celebrate.  You are after all, one of a kind, and when you arrived there was much anticipation and excitement, so why not continue it.  As Emily Dickinson says, "you don't get older every year, you get newer everyday".   I totally read that off a Paper Source birthday card.  ;-)

*Sacred Heart Parish is hosting the Holly Harvest Fair and will be setting up at 10am, on Thursday.
#6:30pm, members try to arrange your schedule and train at 9am on Th or 6am on Friday if possible, then join us Monday for a bonus workout.

This is an adult only family workout.  Guests are welcome if they can do what we do and must pre-fill a waiver 24hrs in advance.  Don't put me on the spot because I'll also be in holiday mode.  See attached for waiver.


Re-Inventing Rows!
