a.m. learn 10-12 week cardio training plan to get faster, leaner and recover better
p.m.  adult party

Saturday, June 15, 2019
a.m. 5K race or learn 6-13 week Spartan Sprint Training Plan*
p.m.  family pot luck picnic
?if we do 5K run, we'll start Spartan training the following Saturday, June 22 in a.m.?
?if we do Spartan training on 6/15, then we may do 5K run on Sun, 6/9 or skip 5K run altogether?

everything we do in bc helps prepare you for spartan sprints, so you could potentially show up and do o.k., however, I find it fun, to "train" for events, so having a plan and a deadline and buddies makes this extra special.  plus sprints are lower time commitments.

same idea as the Charlton, but in a different location and with more training and stadium runs and grip work under your belt.

*along the way, there would be meet ups for stadium runs and climbing workouts
