Two phases down.  1 to go.  Hypertrophy and strength emphasized workouts are in the books and now comes another great one:  PEAKING!  Peaking for Holiday Hotness and Winter Sports Ready.


Before we get to that, though, first we have to recover.  Work + Rest = Success!

Equipment
'Tis the season to be shopping.  Get your benches, valslides, TRX, vibrating rollers & spheres,  and pull up bars while they're possibly on sale.  Upgrade your rollers, mini bands & mats during perform better's big sale or maybe even get a stability ball or a slide board.  Power blocks are still back ordered, but maybe you can get on a list.    



Cardio Minutes - Week 4
Gym:  27min
Virtual:  24min / workout.  Hoo-Rah!



Phase 13
Begins Monday.  Fresh start.  Unloading Week.  DB Load = 20-40% BW.  Strength Phase.  4 weeks.  No formal classes on Thanksgiving or Black Friday.  
Annual Thanksgiving Day Family Workout will be held virtually from 8:30-10a.


Guest Week
