And that's a wrap.  P11 is in the books.  Hypertrophy phase is behind is and we're 1/3 of the way to Holiday Hotness and Winter Sports Ready!  Tomorrow is a great opportunity to be led through a recovery workout, dubbed the Saturday Stretch.  If you've been training with us, then you did the work and now it's time to do the rest (nice poetry).

I'm not sure how long we'll be training virtually, but it's safe to say, it'll probably be a little while longer.  Those at home, if it's in your budget you may want to recheck the benches, valslides, TRX and pull up bars.



Cardio Minutes - Week 4
Gym:  27min
Virtual:  24min / workout.  Hoo-Rah!



Phase 12
Begins Monday.  Fresh start.  Unloading Week.  DB Load = 35-55% BW.  Strength Phase.  4 weeks.  No classes on Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving or Black Friday.
