Gorgeous summer day to you!
I don't know about you, but when I think of days like today, I think of popsicles, pumpkins, spring cleaning, winter clothes, Goodwill and Monkeys vs. Unicorns, and if you do too, that means:
- you love your bomb pops while playing eye spy on the front steps,
- trying on your infant pumpkin costume and realizing it somehow still fits.
- spring cleaning because no one says summer cleaning
- trading out your winter clothes for summer clothes b/c no one wants to melt
- feeling weirdly excited b/c Goodwill is finally open for drop offs
- and playing soccer @ Carson Beach and choosing teams based on the t-shirts you're wearing.
Pretty great day right!
Phase 7: Record Week Tonight and tomorrow are the last days of live, virtual training for P7.
It's also record week and that means Mmmmmmomentum!
Check your self-care box, review your workout card and go for it. The getting is great and this week and next are great weeks to make leap frog progress towards your goals.
Saturday Stretch 8am, Saturday, June 27, 2020
When I ran the (5) Stretch, Sprint & Happy Hours in April & May, your peers said they'd love to have a Stretch Day, the Saturday after Record Week.
I thought this was a brilliant idea b/c
Work + Rest = Success
And when you train as hard as you do during record week, you do get great results from your efforts, but your body can sometimes feel beat up. You can feel a little lethargic mixed with energized, so a great compliment to accelerate your recovery is to do a little self-care stretching.
This workout is FREE. It's a small thank you for choosing to train Virtually with us.
