Subject: Reminder: no 6:30pm, Class on Th, Oct 31 (Halloween)

Hi Friend!



Happy 30th of October to you!  Man I love those Medicine Ball Back to Wall Shovel Throws with a step.  They're so fun.  And man, is a loaded DB Curl Up to Half Knee exhausting.  I was sucking major wind before I even go to the DB Squat Jumps.  And oh yes, The DB Bent Knee Single Leg Dead Lifts for 6 reps with 55% of your bodyweight is also wind sucking.  Whoo.  What a great workout B was today.  



Reminder:  no class this Thursday!
6:30pm, Thurs, October 31 @ MC was made up in advance on Columbus Day, 10/14.

Efficiency
1.  Josh G suggested I set a timer for myself for the demos, to try and keep the teaching weeks to 60minutes and not run over.  So far so good.



2.  Emily S suggested I get carabiners for the agility ladders to more easily load & unload the rack.  


(Emily, next time I'm at REI, or another store that sells them, I'll pick them up).



3.  Paul G suggested I share a video tutorial of the more complicated & detail oriented movements (e.g. bent knee single leg dead lifts and DB Hockey Squats) to save time in advance and allow you to watch and review the cues ahead of time.  



(if you're great at either of those two exercises and would be the model AND if we can find a 3rd person to video, I'll coach you on camera and point out all the details and then we can share it with everyone).
