Wow! What a day. We wrapped up our weekend workouts with a beautiful and brisk Stretch & Sprint this morning and we even had a guest. Then Alfredo and his family stopped by the Alves Compound East to watch the World Cup Final. Woo! What a final it was. 2 Goals by Messi. 3 by Mbappe. Argentina wins in a shootout 4-2. Great game.

And now, the end is near, and so I face, the final curtain...!

9am Make Up Day

Last workout, Best Workout!

There was a day, the internet in Devens was down for upgrades, and it happened at 8:58am, on a different day than the day Comcast notified us of. So, tomorrow is the make up. All members are welcome!  And there's a chance Alfredo will be in person at Casa de Alves, so you may here me coach you and coach someone in person. Fun! I hope to see you then.
