Happy Kick Butt Wednesday to you!  Kick butt b/c the 6am and 9am, did the full workout and it was only week 2, which means week 2 felt like week 3, so what will week 3 feel like?  Yup, even more awesomeness.  Kind of like the extra leg room on an airplane, but exponentially better and cooler, unless it's an international flight, then maybe the leg room wins.




Schedule Reminder
Superstar Marisa, will be coaching Friday & Monday.  Remember she's a 5th degree black belt, so don't mess with her (wink).  I'll be at a wedding / family reunion on the Cape and Vanessa's mom is joining us, so it'll be like a date night at the wedding, with help in the morning, so boo-ya.  Tri-pod to stand, Spider March Kick Thru's and Portuguese Folk dancing at a non-Portuguese wedding, plus V's melt my heart shoulder shrugging in some smoking hot fitted dress she's yet to decide on, should make for one special night.
